Bernard Pub - Restaurant is the only place with such a unique atmosphere in the very heart of Wrocław. It is located in a three storey picturesque tenement house on the east frontage of the Market Square, right in front of the Town Hall.
The idea for the restaurant and its name were inspired by the world famous and unequalled Czech beer.
The intent was to create a place which interior, cuisine and atmosphere will put every Guest in a great mood, will help them relax, enjoy themselves and Bernard’s excellent food.
The interior is kept in subdued colours and classic style contrasted with some contemporary details.

Bernard Beer

"Bernard beer is produced in a small, family-owned brewery in Humpolec, right in the heart of the Czech region of Moravia. Following a traditional production process, it matures slowly for several weeks at a temperature of 1-2°C. It is then carefully filtered and purified at the same temperature using a complex microfiltration method. This process allows Bernard beer to retain its splendid, natural taste, aroma, and color, and most importantly, it avoids pasteurization, which is a drastic process used in mass production involving heating the beer to 80°C to remove impurities and extend its shelf life as much as possible.

Bernard beer is 100% natural and unpasteurized. It possesses a unique taste, color, and aroma achieved through the highest quality ingredients, an exceptional production process, and the passion of the entire Bernard family, who are true beer enthusiasts."

The Kitchen is the heart and foundation of every true restaurant…

Bernard’s cooks and Head Chef do their best to meet and exceed the expectations of our Guests, satisfying their tastes and culinary preferences.

The Menu is inspired by Czech, European and Lower Silesian cuisine, as well as the newest trends and techniques of preparing dishes. Bernard’s cooks enjoy preparing old, traditional recipes with contemporary forms and arrangements.

From early morning the restaurant attracts visitors with delicious smell of sweet cakes baked by Bernard’s Confectioner.

Our home-made offer includes not only cakes and desserts, but also dumplings, noodles and stuffed cabbage.

Bernard’s Head Chef ensures high quality of all dishes, looks for original ideas, experiments and learns so he can present Bernard’s Guests with new tastes and aromas.
